1 John 5:4-5
4 For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world, our faith. 5 Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
Dear Father-
We lean towards Your Glory today with a confidence that comes from our faith-filled relationship in You.
We thank You Father for OUR VICTORY that originates directly from and through You.
A VICTORY that was eternally won by the Blood that You shed on The Cross on Calvary's Hill. Your Blood "Once For All" has provided a more Perfect way in the New Covenant to receive redemption:
Hebrews 10:10 "And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all."
You Father won our VICTORY as You defeated that grave.
You boldly defeated deathbed's grave by overcoming the world with a HOPE and a PROMISE of Eternal life.
This VICTORY that overcame a broken world full of sin and shame, brought everlasting life to those with faith enough to believe in You.
We are so amazed of how You turned that grave…. to empty.
Jesus, We see the stone, it's rolled away, it's rolled away.
Now our hearts are forever changed. Forever changed.
Your VICTORY over sin and shame and over death and sickness of this world, is our VICTORY.
Today we proclaim that You are the Son of God who is High and Lifted Up. Lifted up higher than any mountain, brighter than any darkness, and stronger than any ocean's waves.
JESUS – YOU HAVE OVERCOME THE WORLD AND THIS IS MY VICTORY!!!
