Bishop Ricardo Pereira

Bishop Ricardo Pereira

Bishop of the Methodist Church in Cuba since 1999. He has a Bachelor’s of Theology, and a Doctorate of Divinity from the Latin American College in Miami, Florida. He is also the Pastor of the Marianao Methodist Church in Havana, Cuba, the largest Methodist Church in Cuba with 2000+ members.

Rev. George Moxley

George Moxley

George Moxley is an anointed conference speaker, revivalist, pastoral coach and church consultant.For nearly 17 years, George Moxley served as Lead Pastor of Unity Church of God in Jesup, Georgia. Under his leadership, the original 52-member church developed into one of the most crucial churches in the Southeast. He is currently working on his story, Lord of the Cave, a book that tells how God has and is turning his tragic loss into life lessons.

Pastor Carolyn Moore

Carolyn Moore

Carolyn Moore is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church. Her call is to create conversations and communities that expose the Kingdom of God. A two-time graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary (M.Div. and D.Min.), Carolyn has served in the local church since 1998. In June of 2003, she was appointed to Evans, Georgia where she has had the joy of planting and developing a missional community. Carolyn has written several Bible studies and a reflection on the historic questions asked of United Methodist ministers. A study due out in 2020 encourages a rekindling of supernatural ministry in the local church.

Carolyn is married to Steve Moore, a high school history teacher and they have a daughter, son--in-law and granddaughter who are serving Christ in Nashville.

Rev. Dr. Frank Billman

Frank Billman served in United Methodist appointments for 41 years before retirement in 2017. He has been involved with Aldersgate Renewal Ministries [ARM] since 1983 in various capacities, including 12 years on ARM staff as Director of Equipping Ministries. Frank is the founder of ARM’s Methodist School
for Supernatural Ministry and Supernatural Ministry Intensives. He continues to serve as an Adjunct Professor and DMin Mentor for ARM’s Doctor of Ministry in Supernatural Ministry focus group at United Theological Seminary, Dayton, OH. He is a Scholar in Residence for the Methodist Church of Barbados. Dr. Billman has authored 2 books: Shepherding Renewal and The Supernatural Thread in Methodism: Signs and Wonders Among Methodists Then and Now. He and his wife, Peggi, live in the Nashville, TN area.

Rev. Dr. Eugene Thomas

Gene Thomas

“Gene” is a native of Gloucester, VA. He entered full-time ministry in the United Methodist Church in 1983. His educational background includes a BA Degree in Philosophy from Christopher Newport College, a Master of Divinity Degree from Virginia Union School of Theology and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Boston University. He also studied worship at Mansfield College, Oxford University, in 1992. Gene has served pastorates in Winchester, Alexandria, New Market and Virginia Beach, VA. Gene and his wife Amanda reside in Arlington and Winchester, VA.

Frank served 20 years as a local Pastor in the United Methodist Church in the South Georgia Conference. He then served 4 years with Rick Bonfim Ministries in Athens, GA as Director of Ministry Development. He is currently in his 3 year serving as Pastor of St. Stephen United Methodist Church in Monroe, GA. Frank at heart is a Preacher and Teacher of the Word of God.

Rick Bonfim

Betty McKinney

Rick Bonfim is a General Evangelist with the United Methodist Church and has ministered for over 45 years in the United States and Brazil. Countless lives have been touched and changed by the hand of God through his ministry.

Rick wants to see revival come to the church. To this end, he works to equip and encourage the body of Christ for the ministry of the gospel. His number-one goal is the empowerment of the laity and the equipping of leaders.

Rev. Randy DeGroot

Randy DeGroot

Rev. Randy DeGroot is an ordained Elder in the Free Methodist Church and serves at Newnan City Church. He has a M.Div. from Gammon Theological Seminary and a BS. and MS. in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri. He is also a Navy veteran and a commercial airline pilot. He has been married to Karin for 40 years and they have three grown children.
